Things may seem very difficult right now
but remember we are all a part of
something much greater than ourselves.
There is a purpose and a plan for our lives.
For each of us, there is a big picture.
What's happening today is a minute part of
an overall plan, just as this planet
is a small part of this vast universe.
Sometimes the earth is all we can see, and
we have to be reminded that there's more to it.
In the scheme of things,
we're a tiny part of the solar system.
When we're conscious that there is a big
picture, we won't react to the present moment,
because we know this too will pass.

In these very tough times, it is imperative that we look beyond today or tomorrow and that we set our vision beyond the daily routines and the daily difficulties. I'm grateful to the poet for reminding us to remember that we are all part of something bigger.
